Cancellation/Refund Policy

Appointments cannot be cancelled online. Canceling your appointment will result in loss of deposit.

 

If you wish to reschedule please contact Ashley (773-844-4059) within 48 hours of scheduled appointment. Failed to do so will also result in loss of deposit.

If you fail your appointment and wish to reschedule, an additional $100 deposit will be required to do so.
